  • What we seem to have here is doctors playing God. All they had to do was notify this nonsymtomatic woman that she was infected. Then they could have looked for another kidney from a non-infected donor. But no, they took it on themselves to go ahead with the transplant instead.

  • There is no button for "I don't care!"  With all the real problems in our nation, Weiner's little affaire de tweet doesn't make my radar screen.    Grow up, people!  This is between him and his wife, and it is up to his constituents to keep him or ditch him.

  • Politicians tend to only care about their own rice bowl.     When commercial space flight takes off, it will not be as important what politicians think.  (Assuming they don't do a "Tucker" on it, God forbid).

  • I think that Col. Kolditz has a valid point regarding leadership. People with a leader react differently than a mob. The Birkenhead Drill (Women and children first) was the result of the leadership provided by the 73rd Regiment of Foot and the disclipine previously instilled in the Regiment's men.
